Music Stage

The goal of the music stage is to have active engaging music and entertainment that can be enjoyed by fairgoers on-site as well as serve to draw prospective fair-goers into the fair.  Music and presentation should be excellent, family appropriate and create the excitement and “buzz” that characterize memorable outdoor fairs.

Entry Guidelines

All musicians, whether individual or group, must submit at least one example of your work/performance. This could be submitted an emailed file, YouTube video, link to a blog, etc.  We need to have a good idea of what you would perform the day of fair.  All Music Stage performances need to be limited to 30-45 minutes.  Please remember this is a family friendly fair.  If you have questions or need assistance submitting your work please contact Ryan. Please note that inclusion in the fair includes the possibility of being recorded for publicity and/or fundraising in the future.

Set Up/Check-In

Performers need to check-in with the Music Stage coordinator 30 minutes prior to your performance time.  The Aaron Douglas Art Fair will provide the stage, tent and sound equipment.  Any additional equipment you may need is the responsibility of the performer and/or group.

Deadline/Submission

The entry form must be received by midnight July 27, 2012.  Notification of acceptance will occur through email no later than August 3, 2012.    Submit entry form and example of work to Ryan
